Tracy and I did a little shopping yesterday and found these salad kits on sale for 99¢.
I am not a fan of blue cheese so my dogs got a treat and I added Feta instead as well as some cucumber and Granny Smith apple.
Out of the bag as is - 1 serving is about 6PP+ because of the cherries, almonds, cheese and dressing.
Blue Cheese Crumbles are about 1.3PP+/tbsp which is about how much is in the little bag. My Feta is about the same for 2tbsp so I just subbed it in.
Not bad for a buck!
