**EDIT: Still up 15.8lbs - feel like I've eaten bowling balls... Ugh....**
Rough start to the week...
Junior, my ever so affectionately named IBS baby, is in full swing this week. I am up 16.4lbs since Saturday...No way all of that is going to go away this week...
Figuring out triggers is still hit or miss after 20yrs - I'm thinking this latest Junior issue is caused by my trying to switch most of my dairy to Fat Free... FF Sour Cream is the only thing I have had different this week, instead of 2%, and this severe a reaction is normally limited to artificial sweeteners... Although there isn't artificial sweeteners in the Sour Cream it is full of other artificial things...Throwing it all out and going back to 2%...whew...
