OMG! I am not a fan of Salmon normally as it is too strong of a fish for me - but I bought these on sale one time and liked it.
Kroger just had a Buy 1/Get 1 so I did. This is the best 4.7pts ever - the sauce is so good - I will admit a little sheepishly - I licked the packet before throwing it away - soooo good. BOTH FILLETS AND SAUCE - in the oven in it's little bag for 25min - DONE - 4.7PTS!!
Had it with my leftover Couscous from last night, sugar snaps and light butter for a total of 11.5PTS!
