Driving home tonight I passed a sign for a little mom and pop place advertising Chicken N Dumplings... YUM.... We are in Narnia at the moment so a nice bit of warm CnD is a great idea.
I had already thawed out 2 small chicken breasts but hadn't decided what to do with them.
Crockpot Chicken n "Dumplings" it is!
Some people make dumplings, some use biscuits - I use Gnocchi which I just happen to have on hand. It's going to be good.
