🔹Wilted Spinach
🔹1tbsp Friendly Farms 0% Greek Yogurt
⚡Alouette Reduced Fat Garlic & Herb Spread
[2tbsp = 1PP+]

Wilt spinach (w/ 1 capful Apple Cider Vinegar) and mix with yogurt and Alouette spread. The spread is strongly flavored so you may not need much. For me, 2tbsp was plenty.

Cut a pocket in the salmon and stuff with the spinach mix. Cook skin side down for 12min. I recommend using the steamer basket parchment papers to make clean up super easy.

Used only the bottom basket with all 3 veggies in it. Steam 10min while the fish is cooking. Steaming keeps the vegetables from getting soggy, keeps their color bright and is easy to clean afterwards.
