Kroger had these on special but I have never cooked with neck before. I have separated into 3 servings. Figured it could be my first item of the 2019 Tastebud Adventure Challenge!
I still have that bottle of red wine - so maybe a braised, red wine, pork dish of some sort. I know I can do them in the crockpot in like a stew or pozole but the butcher said some people treat them like spare ribs and BBQ them? Hmmmm....
Air Fryer Experiment for sure with one set of them.
